replaygram.com is a football analysis platform built with React, Vite, and Firebase. From a single frame of match footage, it generates a 3D model of the player using the fal.ai API.
The platform is built for football analysts and fans to break down plays visually, combining AI-generated 3D assets with match analysis tools.
About
The core challenge was turning a single 2D video frame into a usable 3D player model in real time, then wrapping that in an analysis-friendly interface.
Firebase handles auth and data (Firestore), while fal.ai powers the image-to-3D generation pipeline.

Description
Built on React + Vite with Firebase Auth and Firestore for data and user management. Player 3D models are generated via the fal.ai API from a single video frame, letting users visually analyze football plays.
The frontend and 3D generation pipeline are tied together so a user can go from uploading a match clip to viewing a 3D player model without leaving the app.
